Our Mentees

« I am UWARUTEGEREJWE Ornella, a Rwandan by nationality. Aged 21 years old from a family of three children.
I am a recent High school graduate from Gahini secondary school in (Literature in English, french and kinyarwanda).
After my secondary school, I attended a training of six months related to Front desk management(Excellent Talent Pools), after which I got an internship at Quiet Haven Hotel, at the reception, for 3 months. I have been working as a moving manager at my uncle’s construction site for the last year and I did very well, even though I left the position for I wanted to concentrate accurately on my studies.

Currently, as I am about to end my second year at UTB (University of Tourism and Business technology) I was privileged to be the first I4She ( I FOR SHE) beneficiary and I was given the chance to be accepted at  Mille Collines, a 4 stars hotel in Rwanda, for an internship of 4 months in the kitchen department.
My dream is to become an air hostess or a flight attendant.

The moment I loved the most was the moment this door of I4She was opened to me. I was so joyful, feeling like I am the luckiest of thousands. I commit to giving back by,  once I will be settled in and generating revenues, mentoring another girl under the supervision of I4She. » – Ornella
