What We Do

Supporting start-ups: We will support young women with promising projects and start-ups and help them achieve their pre-determined goals. Once achieved, these young women will help the organization with the next group, supporting and advising for enlarged impact.
Job & Internships assistance: Young women who target jobs will be aided with resume building, job application, and interview preparations by expert volunteers.
Books: I4She aims to have a free library available to young women and men.
Discussions & webinars with mentors: I4She has a group of positive figures, who will often engage with the young women and provide guidance wherever and whenever necessitated.
Research: I4She engages in research activities that aim for fact-finding on contributors to the gender equality gap. The research is used to formulate initiatives to tackle the challenge.
Promoting positive masculinity: Change demands a significant contribution from young boys and men. Campaigns and courses will be held to aid young men and boys to contribute to the cause, with an end goal of positive psychosocial impact.
